Na próxima semana nós fechamos um importante -e polêmico- capítulo do cinema nerd: no dia 26 de janeiro chega aos cinemas brasileiros Resident Evil 6, último filme da franquia. Então nós já vamos entrando no clima, e entrando o fim de semana ao som de uma das músicas que foi parte da trilha sonora do terceiro filme, A Extinção.
Anote, pois esse tipo de momento raramente acontece: vou falar de Nightwish.
É uma banda que há anos eu passei a não gostar + odiar a postura dos integrantes, eu nem ouço mais as músicas. Mas eu odeio admitir (e eu odiar chega ser sutileza), a banda marcou minha vida por ter sido a primeira de heavy metal que eu ouvi. E "Amaranth" é dessas músicas que quase sobrevivem ao meu hate, pois foi quando comecei a gostar da Anette Olzon, na época do lançamento do primeiro álbum com os finlandeses: o Dark Passion Play.
(E eu ainda gosto muito da Anette mesmo hoje em dia)
